These are a quick and easy gluten free cookie. It’s a great base to add in chips/nuts/dried fruit
Corn Starch Cookies

Equipment
- 1 Cookie sheet
- Baking parchment
Ingredients
- ½ Cup Sweetened condensed milk I find I use more to keep it smooth
- ½ Cup Softened butter
- 2 Cups Corn starch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F
- Mix together ingredients in bowl
- Scoop out onto cookie sheets
- Bake in oven 15-20 minutes
