Fresh Apple Cake
Equipment
- 1 9×13 Baking dish (3 quart)
- 1 Large mixing bowl
- 1 Stand mixer
Ingredients
Cake
- 2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1½ Cup Vegetable oil
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 Cup Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3 Apples chopped up
Topping
- ½ Cup Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp Flour
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp Butter Melted
Instructions
Cake
- Preheat oven to 325℉
- Cream together sugar & eggs
- Add oil and vanilla and continue mixing
- Add in flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon and mix until stiff
- Cut in apples
- Put in baking dish
Topping
- Melt down butter in microwave safe bowl
- Combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter in to clumps and drop on top of cake
Bake
- Bake in oven for 1 hour or toothpick comes out clean
