Equipment

  • 1 9×13 Baking dish (3 quart)
  • 1 Large mixing bowl
  • 1 Stand mixer

Ingredients

Cake

  • 2 Cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • Cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 3 Cup Flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 3 Apples chopped up

Topping

  • ½ Cup Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Flour
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp Butter Melted

Instructions

Cake

  • Preheat oven to 325℉
  • Cream together sugar & eggs
  • Add oil and vanilla and continue mixing
  • Add in flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon and mix until stiff
  • Cut in apples
  • Put in baking dish

Topping

  • Melt down butter in microwave safe bowl
  • Combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and melted butter in to clumps and drop on top of cake

Bake

  • Bake in oven for 1 hour or toothpick comes out clean
