  • Baking parchment

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Peanut butter
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Egg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Combine ingredients in mixing bowl
  • Roll out into small ball (or use small scoop
  • Cross with a fork
  • Bake on cookie tray for 10 minutes
