Spaghetti all’Amatriciana
Ingredients
- 18 oz Peeled Tomatoes
- 7 oz Bacon
- 12 oz Spaghetti
- 4 oz Romano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Saute bacon in a pan with out seasoning.
- Boil water without salt, add spagettim and cook to half the time recommended.
- Puree peeled tomatoes, then add them to browned bacon.Add salt and continue cookine.
- Drain the spagetti, add it to the sauce, and stir.
- Continue cooking pasta by adding boiling water until it is al dente.
- Once ready, remove from heat, sprinkle with romano and pepper.
