Spaghetti all’Amatriciana

Ingredients

  • 18 oz Peeled Tomatoes
  • 7 oz Bacon
  • 12 oz Spaghetti
  • 4 oz Romano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Saute bacon in a pan with out seasoning.
  • Boil water without salt, add spagettim and cook to half the time recommended.
  • Puree peeled tomatoes, then add them to browned bacon.
    Add salt and continue cookine.
  • Drain the spagetti, add it to the sauce, and stir.
  • Continue cooking pasta by adding boiling water until it is al dente.
  • Once ready, remove from heat, sprinkle with romano and pepper.
