Apple Cranberry Pie

 - Cookie cutters
 
Ingredients
- 1 Double pie crust
 - ¾ Cup Brown sugar Packed
 - ⅓ Cup Sugar
 - ⅓ Cup All purpose flour
 - 1 tsp Cinnamon
 - 6 Cups Apples
 - 2 Cups Cranberries
 - 2 Tbsp Butter
 - Milk
 - Course Sugar
 
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F
 - Core and skin apples. Cut into slices.
 - Place one of the crusts into pie pan. User cookie cutter to make shapes of the other crust.
 - In a large bowl, toss together the brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and sugar.
 - Add apples and cranberries to mixing bowl. Toss to coat fruit with dry mixture.
 - Turn filling into pie pan.
 - Dot mixture with butter.
 - Arrange cutout over the top of pie, leaving space between to see pie filling.
 - Brush edges of pie and cutouts with milk and sprinkle with coarse sugar.
 - Place in oven.
 - After about 30 minutes cover pie and crust. Cook for approximately 30 more minutes
