Preheat oven to 325°F
Butter loaf pan.
Using mixer, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
In a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Then in mix in milk and cinnamon.
In a larger bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the banana mixture to the creamed mixture and stir until combined.
Add the dry ingredients, mixing just until the flour disappears.
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake until a it passes a toothpick test – Approx 45 min
Set on a cooling rack for 15 minutes. Then remove from pan and allow it to cool completely.
