Equipment

  • 9×13 Baking dish (3 quart)

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Macaroni
  • Cup Unsalted butter Melted
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 3 Cups Milk
  • 2 Cups Cheese Chedder, Munster, whatever you like. Cube it or shread it.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • In boiling water, cook macaroni for 5-6 minutes. Drain when done.
  • Grease baking dish.
  • Layer the macaroni, salt, pepper, and cheese.
  • Carefully pour milk into baking dish at one corner.
  • Bake for 45-60 minutes.
