Butterscotch Schnapps Cookies

Equipment

  • Mixer
  • Cookie sheets
  • Baking parchment

Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Unsalted butter Softened
  • 1 Egg
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Box Yellow cake mix (Or chocolate, or white, or strawberry. Whatever you want)
  • 12 oz Butterscotch chips (Or chocolate chips, whatever)
  • Butterscotch schnapps (Or alcohol of choice)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°
  • Line cookie sheets with baking parchment.
  • Cream together butter and cream cheese.
  • Blend in egg and vanilla.
  • Mix in cake mix by hand.
  • Add in chips of your choice.
  • Drop spoon-fulls on to cookie sheet.
  • Bake 15-18 minutes.
  • Lace each cookie with alcohol of choice.
