Butterscotch Schnapps Cookies
A super quick and easy cookie recipe
Equipment
- Mixer
- Cookie sheets
- Baking parchment
Ingredients
- ¼ Cup Unsalted butter Softened
- 1 Egg
- 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
- ¼ tsp Vanilla
- 1 Box Yellow cake mix (Or chocolate, or white, or strawberry. Whatever you want)
- 12 oz Butterscotch chips (Or chocolate chips, whatever)
- Butterscotch schnapps (Or alcohol of choice)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Line cookie sheets with baking parchment.
- Cream together butter and cream cheese.
- Blend in egg and vanilla.
- Mix in cake mix by hand.
- Add in chips of your choice.
- Drop spoon-fulls on to cookie sheet.
- Bake 15-18 minutes.
- Lace each cookie with alcohol of choice.
