Crock Pot Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 30 oz Frozen hash-brown potatoes Squares not strips
- ½ Cup Onion Chopped
- ¼ tspn Pepper
- 29 oz Chicken broth 2 x 14.5 oz cans
- 1 Can Cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
- ⅔ Cup Cheddar cheese Shreded
Additional items that Kris has added
- ½ Cup Carrots Shredded
- ¼ Cup Bacon bits
Instructions
- Combine all ingredeints (except cream cheese and shredded cheese) and mix well.
- Put in crock pot and cook on medium for 4 hours.
- Add the cream cheese and ½ cup of the shredded cheese and cook an additional 20-30 minutes.
- Top with remaining cheese when ready to serve.
