Instructions
Combine all ingredeints (except cream cheese and shredded cheese) and mix well.
Put in crock pot and cook on medium for 4 hours.
Add the cream cheese and ½ cup of the shredded cheese and cook an additional 20-30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese when ready to serve.
