Equipment

Ingredients

  • 30 oz Frozen hash-brown potatoes Squares not strips
  • ½ Cup Onion Chopped
  • ¼ tspn Pepper
  • 29 oz Chicken broth 2 x 14.5 oz cans
  • 1 Can Cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • Cup Cheddar cheese Shreded

Additional items that Kris has added

  • ½ Cup Carrots Shredded
  • ¼ Cup Bacon bits

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredeints (except cream cheese and shredded cheese) and mix well.
  • Put in crock pot and cook on medium for 4 hours.
  • Add the cream cheese and ½ cup of the shredded cheese and cook an additional 20-30 minutes.
  • Top with remaining cheese when ready to serve.
