8" Cast iron skillet
Ingredients
½
Stick
Unsalted butter
1
Cup
Brown sugar
¼
Cup
Sugar

Tbsp
Cinnamon Red Hots
Apples
Enough to fill 8" skillet
Instructions
Melt butter in skillet.
Wash and slice apples into the skillet. (I peal them)
Cover with sugar and start cooking on low heat, stirring often.
Mixture will start to make its own juice.
Cook until tender.
Stir in Red Hots to add color and flavor.
Serve hot or cold.
