Italian Chicken

- 9×13 Baking dish (3 quart)
Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast Cut into 1-2 inch squares
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup Chicken broth
- 8 oz Muenster cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Beat eggs and put in medium size bowl.
- Cut up chicken and soak in egg for 15-30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Roll egg soaked chicken in breadcrumbs to coat.
- Add ½ of the butter to the pan and start browning the chicken.Add more butter as needed to brown up all of the chicken.
- Place browned chicken in a baking dish and add in chicken broth.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cover with Muenster cheese ad bake for additional 10 minutes or until melted.
