Equipment

  • 9×13 Baking dish (3 quart)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast Cut into 1-2 inch squares
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup Chicken broth
  • 8 oz Muenster cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Beat eggs and put in medium size bowl.
  • Cut up chicken and soak in egg for 15-30 minutes.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Roll egg soaked chicken in breadcrumbs to coat.
  • Add ½ of the butter to the pan and start browning the chicken.
    Add more butter as needed to brown up all of the chicken.
  • Place browned chicken in a baking dish and add in chicken broth.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cover with Muenster cheese ad bake for additional 10 minutes or until melted.
